Dwayne was the first pastor at Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he was ordained in 2007. He also serves as director for Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne, in addition to being pastor, is committed to educating the next generation. He serves on the Board for Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of several online publications and is a contributing author to the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Transforming lives through God's unchanging truth (eds.
